  • Individual Therapy

    As a clinician my goal is to provide a trusting and non-judgmental environment in order to create a space that feels safe to uncover the challenges coming up for you. I take a holistic approach and incorporate mindfulness practices, evidenced-based techniques, and a relationship based approach to healing and personal transformation. I would work with you to identify the root causes of your struggles and give you the tools necessary to grow beyond these challenges.

    My therapeutic style is open, collaborative, and authentic. My hope for my clients is to collectively work together to decrease stress and duress in your life. I can help you develop skills for resolving conflicts with others and developing new ways to cope with overwhelming emotions. My goal is to help you let go of old ineffective patterns and raise mind and body awareness which can result in meaningful and lasting change.

  • EMDR

    “EMDR Therapy is body centered. The body not only stores trauma but also can release that intense emotional pain to assist the healing process. EMDR Therapy combines elements of cognitive therapy, somatic experiences, mindfulness, exposure, and other therapies to heal past trauma and help people envision a different future.”

    EMDR therapy is beneficial to those who experience disruptive thoughts, overwhelming emotions and bodily sensations, or uncontrollable reactions to past trauma. Trauma can feel unbearable, and it is normal to feel helpless when it comes to letting go of your hurtful past.

  • Parent Coaching

    In addition to my role as a therapist, I am also a parent coach. I work with parents who have adolescents and young adults living at home or in college who are showing concerning behaviors. I help parents identify their goals, develop a sustainable structure specific to each family, assist parents in identifying what is in their control, and support families develop better skills in dealing with conflict as it arises.
